Deerfoot Mead


Our very own wildflower mead, made from hives here on the farm.  This mead undergoes a longer fermentation and uses a different yeast than Goblin Alchemy which yields a lower alcohol (11%) and preserves the aromas of the wildflower honey.

Every year the wildflowers are a little different so every vintage has slightly different aromatics.  That’s what makes wildflower honey so interesting!
