Our signature dry red blend. The recipe is different for the 2016 vintage as we have swapped out the Petit Verdot for Chambourcin. The blend still includes Cabernet Franc as the largest component but now with 40% Chambourcin. Oak aging gives is a rich smoky flavor and we feel this is a very good year! More medals to come.
